TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The sale of the products contained on www.eastharboursurplus.com is governed by these General Conditions of Sale, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Access to and use of the website are for personal purposes only. Enzima Srl reserves the right to modify contents and conditions at any time.
2. CONTRACTING PARTIES
The sales contract is concluded between Enzima Srl, Via Baccio da Montelupo 101 – Florence, Italy, VAT 05659580483, and the Client who has submitted an order via www.eastharboursurplus.com accepted by Enzima Srl.
3. SUBJECT MATTER AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION
By placing an order, the Client submits a binding offer to purchase the products. The contract is concluded upon shipment by Enzima Srl. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
4. PRICES, CURRENCY AND TAXES
All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT. Shipping within Italy is always free. For international orders, shipping is free above €300. Customs duties and local taxes are at the Client’s expense.
5. PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL
Payments via PayPal are handled securely by PayPal. Enzima Srl does not retain financial information.
6. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD VIA STRIPE
Payments may also be made by credit or debit card through Stripe (www.stripe.com). Enzima Srl has no access to credit card data. The charge occurs at order confirmation.
7. BILLING
An order summary is enclosed in the package. Clients may request an invoice by emailing billing details to ordini@eastharboursurplus.com.
8. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content is the property of Enzima Srl and protected by copyright laws.
9. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
Personal data are processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Clients may contact privacy@eastharboursurplus.com to exercise their rights.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Florence (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
