APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

All orders placed by the Client are subject to acceptance by us. We can decide not to accept a Client’s orders for any reason without any obligation towards the Client. It is understood that with regard to each order submitted that the products will be sold to the Client for personal use only and will not be resold or distributed to third parties or otherwise purchased for commercial use or in any economic activity. The execution and content of the supply are based upon the conditions selected and indicated by the Client. The contract is stipulated under the conditions valid from time to time for the specific offer (price, shipping costs...). www.eastharboursurplus.com disclaims any responsibility regarding the possibility that, due to a particular configuration or a malfunction of the computer used by the Client, the colors of the products displayed on the website could have slight differences compared to the original ones. It is understood that the execution of the order is subject to the actual availability of the products. In the case of the lack of availability of the product and / or in the case of failure to accept the order, www.eastharboursurplus.com will promptly inform the Client and will reimburse the amount if payment has already been made. Orders will not be accepted made by underage minors.
PRICES AND CURRENCY
All prices shown on this website include VAT tax percentages. Prices do not include transport and delivery costs which are free for orders over €200 in Italy.
