We hope our products meet your needs and expectations, but if not, our Clients can request a refund or to return the item in compliance of the Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/05). We offer the possibility to return the goods within 10 days from the date of shipment for a change or reimbursement provided that the Client first contacts and awaits our authorization. Returns that have not been previously authorized will not be accepted. recognizes the right to return purchased items, provided they are intact and have not been worn. We will carry out checks on all returned products. We will not accept returns of the product if: - the product shows visible signs of use; - the product is damaged due to transport for the return. Please return the purchased product in the original package which is to be considered in all respects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, including any accessories e informative leaflets.


To request the authorization of an exchange of goods, the Client must: 1. Send a request, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order to the address - - in which it must be specified: • Order number;  • Codes of the articles intended to change and the related reason; • Codes of the new items intended to exchange with those purchased; • Client info: company name, pick-up address, telephone number, email address; • Day and time slot available at the given address. If the items are available in stock it will be possible to proceed with the exchange. Once a request which complies with the previously indicated regulations has been received, will send the Client an email with the authorization confirmation and will personally send the Courier for the pick-up.


If the Client is not satisfied with the products received and wishes to return them, the following steps must be followed: 1. Send a request, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order to the address - - in which it must be specified: • Order number; • Codes of the articles intended to return and the related reason; • Client info: company name, pick-up address, telephone number, email address. After receiving a request which complies with the previously indicated regulations, will send the Client a written confirmation by email with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the delivery address of the our warehouse. The Client can independently choose the Courier with which to arrange the shipment at the Client’s expense. In the case of loss during a return shipment, the costs will not be reimbursed. We recommend all items to be returned using a transport company that provides a shipment tracking service. Returns of purchased items will not be accepted without having previously followed the procedure indicated above. All returned items are inspected and must comply with all the parameters specified in the return procedure. reserves the right to charge an amount equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of our returns policy. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Acceptance of such returns however, involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods. In all cases where the return is not legitimately and validly exercised by the Client, will return the product to the Client at the Client’s risk and expense.  In the event that returned products are discovered to have been damaged during transport for return to, the Client will be informed of the damages within the second day after receipt of the products in order to allow the Client to communicate with the shipper and to make eventual claims against the latter and, at the same time, it will return the products damaged in the course of transport to the Client at the risk and expense of the Client. In the event that the Client receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments made by, the Client is asked to follow the instructions above. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and payment for shipping costs for the return of the goods to their premises. If the withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Legislative Decree no. 185/99, will refund the sum paid by the Client. The refund will be made free of charge, in the shortest possible time and in any case within thirty days from the date on which became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Client.
