RETURNS

We hope our products meet your needs and expectations, but if not, Clients may request a refund or return in compliance with the Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/05). Goods may be returned within 10 days from the shipping date for an exchange or refund, provided that the Client first contacts www.eastharboursurplus.com and waits for our authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

www.eastharboursurplus.com recognizes the right to return purchased items, provided they are intact, unworn and undamaged. All returned products will be inspected. Returns will not be accepted if: the product shows visible signs of use; the product is damaged during return transport.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not be damaged or altered, including all accessories and informational materials.

PROCEDURE FOR AN EXCHANGE

To request authorization for an exchange, the Client must:

1. Send a request within 10 days from receipt of the order to info@eastharboursurplus.com specifying:
   • order number;
   • codes of the items to be exchanged and reason;
   • codes of the new items;
   • Client details (company name, pickup address, phone number, email);
   • preferred pickup day and time.

If items are in stock, the exchange will be processed. Once the request is accepted, www.eastharboursurplus.com will confirm by e-mail and arrange pickup with the courier.

PROCEDURE FOR A RETURN WITH REFUND

If the Client is not satisfied with the received products and wishes to return them, they must send a request within 10 days from receipt to orders@eastharboursurplus.com with order number, item codes and reason, and contact details. After receiving a compliant request, www.eastharboursurplus.com will send a written confirmation by e-mail with the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address of our warehouse.

The Client may choose their own courier for the return shipment, at their own expense. In case of loss during transport, the cost will not be refunded. It is recommended to use a tracked shipping service.

www.eastharboursurplus.com reserves the right to charge an amount equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods if the return does not fully comply with our return policy. Acceptance of unauthorized returns will also entail a 10% charge.

In case of defective goods or shipping errors, the Client must follow the same instructions. www.eastharboursurplus.com may request photographic evidence before authorizing a return and may bear the shipping costs for defective items.

In case of a return with refund, the refunded amount will be credited to the Client after deducting the related shipping costs. For purchases over €300, which include free shipping at the time of purchase, the refund will also deduct the original shipping costs.

The refund will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days from the date on which www.eastharboursurplus.com was informed of the Client’s exercise of the right of withdrawal.
