SHIPMENTS
Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €200. Shipping is carried out by the Express Courier, DHL. Upon delivery of the goods, the Client is requested to carefully inspect the parcel before signing proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package should appear tampered with, the Client is requested to sign “received with reserve”, or to refuse delivery. If for any reason the shipment fails to be delivered successfully to the address provided by the Client in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender at the expense of the Client. This amount will be deducted from any eventual refund due to the Client from www.eastharboursurplus.com. Shipments arranged by www.eastharboursurplus.com are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

The order will be shipped within 24 working hours from the moment received. The order delivery is free for orders over € 200,00
SHIPPING ABROAD
We also deliver abroad and, for orders over € 100, shipping is free. The prices depend zone area of delivery. The products will be delivered in 3-5 business days depending on the area. There are no custom fees or other charges for shipments to Italy and Europe, while for shipments outside the European Union, customs or duty charges may apply depending on the regulations applicable in the country of destination. Orders sent to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes which must be paid to the local customs office. The possible taxation of the order and the amount of the duty depends on the value of the order and the country of destination. Clients can contact the customs authorities of the country of destination for further information. www.eastharboursurplus.com will not be held responsible for any duties and taxes to be paid to the customs authorities of the country of destination. Any and all duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient upon receipt of the package.
